Since September 1, 2022, the ZFE-m (Low Emission Zone) is in effect in the Rouen Normandy Metropolis, covering all vehicles, including private vehicles. Vehicles with Crit'Air 4, 5, or unclassified stickers are prohibited. Within the ZFE-m, three Park and Ride (P+R) locations - P+R Schoelcher at Notre-Dame-de-Bondeville, P+R Rouges Terres in Bois-Guillaume, and P+R Haut-Hubert at Le Mesnil-Esnard - remain accessible to all vehicles. notes:
- all vehicles entering the LEZ need to have a visible sticker
- german emission stickers (feinstaubplakette) are not recognized
- parking fees may be differentiated depending on the impact of vehicles on air pollution
- the penalty vary between 68-135€ (depending on the vehicle category)
- Attention: For light commercial vehicles and vehicles over 3.5 tonnes, stricter driving bans apply in some cases.
