Low-Emission Zone Grenoble (France)

Grenoble (Rhône-Alpes):
Until now, the Grenoble ZFEm area has only been restricted to commercial vehicles (group N), with bans on Crit'Air 3, 4 and 5. However, from 1 July 2023, this Low-emission zone will also be closed to the most polluting private vehicles in the Crit'Air 5 category. The ZFEm framework covers 13 communes in the Grenoble city region, with the exception of the main axes with P+R facilities. A timetable for the next years is currently being discussed. This schedule foresees the phasing out of Crit'Air 4 and 3 vehicles in 2024 and 2025 respectively. The ultimate goal is to ban Crit'Air 2 vehicles by 2030, effectively eliminating diesel passenger cars from the entire zone. For more information, please visit the official links below.
